Continuous Improvement Engineer

Key Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Drive line performance using visual dashboards and balanced scorecards, from shift operators to plant management.
• Analyze operational losses to identify bottlenecks, set priorities, and lead cost-saving Kaizen and budget plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams across dairy and juice processing lines to improve downstream and upstream operations.
• Benchmark and share best practices across lines while mentoring teams as an internal Lean Six Sigma expert.
• Train supervisors and frontliners to solve daily operational challenges and build continuous improvement skills.

Experience/Skills :

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of Experience and highly recommended to be in FMCG industry
• Excellent Leadership & Presentation skills are a must.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written). 
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) knowledge with impactful implementations.
• Knowledge /Experience in digitalization/automation projects is highly recommended.
