Key Responsibilities/ Tasks

  • Ensure the Monthly DRP processes are executed on time, develop accurate sales volume projections and production volume projections.
  • Generate and issue all DRP MIS reports and KPI reports on time and accurately.
  • Manage the forecasting process in line with best practice.
  • Perform preparation, sign off forecasts and conduct post evaluation forecast.
  • Manage and report Sales Forecast Accuracy KPIs.
  • Manage the Market inventory information to provide it`s visibility to the Sales teams and Distributors, ensuring the accuracy of the content data and timeliness of publication.
  • Manage the utilization & the In Market orders and the replenishment process.
  • Manage the replenishment production and the forecasting information to the Plant and ensure the accuracy of the information and timeliness of publication.
  • Support PCM team on New Product Development and Product Launches maximizing timescale flexibility.
  • Identify opportunities within the forecast to ensure increased the accuracy of the sales and production forecasting.
  • Tracking of the sales performance, production forecasting accuracy and replenishment benchmark.
  • Support the Product Supply Planners & Supply Chain team.

 

 

Experience / Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Sales & Planning field experience in FMCG.
