PET Operate & Maintain Engineer

Key Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Responsible for applying production SOP’s to keep running the equipment at highest level of continuity as per the production plan.
• Responsible for keeping the equipment clean as per production and quality standards in addition to applying the standard daily and weekly care.
• Perform the periodical product checks to control the finished product to match required quantity and quality during the shift.
• Record all the info related to equipment productivity and breakdowns from the start to end of the shift.
• Monitor all machine parts and inspect to report the needed corrective actions.

Experience/Skills :

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 to 3 Years of relevant experience.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written). 
• Preferable knowledge: [UHT plants, Pasteurization equipment, CIP Lines, Separators, and filling -lines [Aseptic Carton Packaging and Aseptic PET].
