General Purpose

 Oversee all related fiscal processes in a company. Expand business models that affect budgets, and company disbursements. Responsible for reviewing and approving all department budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Procurement Leadership with insights on actual material spending to enable the delivery of budget.
  • Support procurement savings calculation and ensure proper alignment with R&D cost-saving initiatives.
  • Play a key role in designing and developing reporting tools supporting procurement initiatives and performance measurement.
  • Contribute to the pre‐contract negotiations with key suppliers through the analysis and creating the What If scenarios and effectively deliver implementation of the Terms & Conditions negotiated in the contract.
  • Be responsible for Procurement data analytics, consisting of gathering, modelling and KPI reporting. 
  • Performing procurement-related budgeting, monthly year-end closing activities, analysis and reports.
  • Be the focal point of contact in the finance team to assess and advise for the payment terms change, sourcing and purchasing methods options.
  • Ensure compliance to Beyti policies regarding the procurement processes

Experience

  • Bsc. Of Commerce, Accounting & Auditing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
  • Excellent SAP / S4H user can extract relevant data from the system for proper analysis.
  • Understand the Business Intelligence (BI) systems to support systematic reporting and analysis automation.

Skills/Qualifications

Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.
Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
