General Purpose
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
•Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Leads and directs the warehouse team.
•Handle, track and report all returnable.
•Lead at least 40 employees from daily activates, coaching and motivating through a formal platform (PDR)..
•Manage relationships with DRP, Transportation and sales teams in relation of transit time replenishing and dispatch orders.
•Minimize loss of handling, and maximize warehouse team productivities. Ensures that SKUs are dispatched on time on full to the appropriate sales vans and in the expected quantities.
•Monitor inventory levels, stock tacking and all ERP transactions.
•Record and handling reverse logistics related to returns.
•Responsible for GWP and all safety and hygienic interactions minimize and mange overtimes and monitor and follow up all the handling equipment and racking system Requires and follow up reports.
•Manage daily activities and leads the warehouse staff to operate and facilitate the daily work of the distribution centre.
Experience
Skills/Qualifications
Microsoft applications (excel and words).
SAP or oracle user.
Very good command of both Arabic & English Languages (spoken and written).
