General Purpose
It is an accelerated development Program that equips graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attributes to move quickly into senior positions. A 36 Month program designed to develop Beyti Future Leaders capabilities to land either in the Commercial, Operations or Finance Divisions.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
Beyti is looking for newly graduates and early career professionals to join the Future Leaders Program in our Sales, R&D and Manufacturing Divisions that will start on January 2025.
We are looking forward through this program to select Beyti Future Leaders. This program is an accelerated development Program that equips graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills and attributes.

Experience
- Newly Graduates: ONLY Graduates of 2024, 2023 & 2022
- Grade: Minimum grade of "Very good “or Equivalent GPA.
- Previous internship experience is a MUST.
- Flexibility in terms of location.
