• Analyze data and reporting solutions to understand business impact, correlations/discrepancies, and to propose changes/alternate solutions.
• Create and maintain rich interactive dashboards using data visualization techniques via data interpretation and data analysis integration various reporting components from multiple data sources.
• Create best-practice report functionality based on historical and live data sets, data mining, analysis, and visualization
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration to ERP system, and external data sources, whereby selecting an appropriate combination of data models, methods, and tools.
• Ensure the delivery of report changes, testing, and deployment with adequate documentation in relation to the request for change or additional requirements.
• Identify trends and opportunities for organizational efficiency and growth through analysis of our sophisticated data sets.
• Provide technical documentation on the recommendation made and on the modification to existing reports due to the new user requirements."
• Work with business requester evaluating and clarify requests. Evaluate uniqueness of report request and offer alternative solutions where applicable.
• Work with management, users and external partners gathering requirements closely, provide status update and build relationships
