General Purpose

Provides Commercial support to the department as well as administrative and escrow support to the Commercial department through a variety of related responsibilities. 
The position requires an ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines, good judgment, dependable and a professional, supportive attitude.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data
• Liaise with the Commercial department to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update Sales Force Master Data
• Manage distributor accounts and Sales Force software including inventory management, allocations, and communicating internally with Commercial department.
• Provide training to sales team for Sales Force software, reports, and sales process requirements.
• Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)
• Support Commercial Department in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to company standards"
• Support in field Sales Force when required.
• Troubleshoot data-related problems
• Design and develop Crystal Reports, Power BI and BO reports.

Experience

Relevant professional qualifications such as Six Sigma certification or PMI certification preferred.

Skills/Qualifications

A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Hands on experience with Sales Buzz, Crystal Reports and BO software.
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Understanding of sales performance metrics
