General Purpose
Install, upgrade, maintain and secure all network H/W solutions as well as monitoring & enhancing the performance of telecommunication lines.
Also, he/she will be responsible for all network devices
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
• Build, develop and maintain a full set of documentation for Beyti Network.
• Co-ordinate and communicate with colleagues to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of the IT Network projects.
• Design and implement short- and long-term plans to ensure Beyti Network infrastructure meets existing and future capacity and capability requirements.
• Documents network problems and resolution for future reference
• Drive specifications for tools and automation that facilitate lifecycle management (installation to decommissioning) of network devices at scale.
• Ensure Beyti Network Infrastructure are secure and resilient, carrying out proactive maintenance (e.g. patching) and ensuring processes and configurations are clearly documented.
• Fully accountable to timely respond to security incidents related to network area.
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers to secure best value for Beyti goods and services.
• Maintains accurate IT Network asset inventory and assist in acquisition, deployment, support, and retiring of IT network assets based on established IT life cycle management.
• Participates in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning.
• Run full assessment to current Beyti network (WAN, LAN, VOIP, Remote Access) and propose improvements.
Experience
• 3-5 years of relevant extensive experience
• CCNA, CCNP is a must
• CCSP is a plus
• Powerful knowledge with Cisco firewall ASA Abilities
Skills/Qualifications
Good knowledge on Network Standards and Routing Protocols
Network Security Standards and hardening guidelines.
