General Purpose
The IT Senior Operations Business Partner is responsible for driving Beyti’s Operations Digital Transformation journey by aligning business objectives with technology capabilities across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, quality, logistics, and maintenance functions.
The role acts as a strategic partner between Operations and IT to ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives, SAP solutions, smart factory technologies, analytics platforms, and operational transformation programs within agreed timelines, budgets, and expected business value.
The position plays a critical role in improving operational efficiency, process optimization, automation, business visibility, and technology adoption across Beyti operations.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Quality, and Maintenance teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.
• Lead and support digital transformation initiatives related to manufacturing operations, smart factories, automation, analytics, and SAP ecosystem enhancements.
• Own the Operations technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business priorities and operational objectives.
• Drive value realization from digital transformation initiatives and technology investments across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Lead Operations technology governance, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with business strategy.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and IT strategy while maintaining consistency across enterprise systems and platforms.
• Manage and coordinate Operations IT projects, enhancements, change requests, and digital initiatives from planning through execution and value realization.
• Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies and solutions that improve operational productivity, efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
• Support and govern SAP-related initiatives across operations and supply chain functions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and service quality.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and track IT service delivery performance against agreed SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Escalate and drive resolution for critical service issues, operational risks, and project challenges.
• Participate in portfolio and program management activities related to Operations technology landscape.
• Support integration initiatives between SAP and other operational systems including MES, QMS, LIMS, IoT, and automation platforms.
• Prepare and maintain required project documentation, reports, presentations, and governance materials.
• Build strong partnerships between Business and IT through effective communication, collaboration, trust, and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote innovation, process optimization, and operational excellence across all supported functions.
Experience / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Electronics, Communications, or related field.
• 9 to 12 years of experience within IT Operations, Supply Chain Systems, or Digital Transformation functions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience in SAP project implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects across manufacturing and supply chain domains.
• Experience in managing cross-functional business transformation initiatives and enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding and practical exposure to SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules including:

• Strong understanding of Operations Digital Transformation concepts and technologies.
• Good understanding of Smart Factories, Industry 4.0, MES, IoT, OT integrations, and manufacturing automation solutions.
• Experience with systems integration methodologies and enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with SAP BO, Power BI, dashboards, reporting, and operational analytics solutions.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT service management and SLA governance practices.
