• Asist in the development and execution of the annual brand and communication plan on the brand to deliver against brand targets.
• Collaborate with brand manager in setting brand targets (market share, and profitability) and brand plans and activities (Innovations, consumer promotions, activations, sampling…. etc.)
• Collaborate with multi-functional project teams to deliver business growth through initiative/promotion/pricing plan development, planning, execution and summarizing results/learning.
• Coordinate & follow up with sub-category team and cross function departments to ensure & facilitate brand plan achievement and brand targets
• Formulate the proposals and networks of brand activities, and cascade those plans to sub- category teams and assign related tasks to each one of them.
• Identify growth opportunities, develop a meaningful innovation pipeline, create marketing program that best integrates advertising, trial and trade programs.
• Mange effectively the brand plans and targets through deep analysis of brand data, competitors and market data.
• Pre-and post-evaluation of main activities taking place during the year.
• Understand consumer insights and barriers, & determine the right touch points communication to drive brand message including print, outdoor, direct-to-consumer marketing, and point-of-sell material.
• Using analytical skills to drive the right decision on product design pricing, trade strategy, competitive defense and communication.
