Milk Strategic Projects Sourcing Manager

General Purpose

Responsible of handling supplier risk management,relationships, contract negotiations and cost/spend management.

Job Responsibilities/Tasks

• Develop a strong Indirect Milk supply bases, including the Mobile MCP
• Implementation of new Milk & Agro projects, work processes and systems & implementing supplier development programs.
• Due diligence for new Strategic 5 Yr plans for Milk Farms JV, Partnership & Acquisition.
• Manage CO-manufacturer
• Manage excess milk sales logistics
• Develop and improve costs models of related Milk upstream sub-categories; Feed, vaccination & medicine.
• Implement Short and Long Agro sourcing strategies to fuel Beyti’s growth,
• Build market insight and knowledge transfer
• Maintain strong relationships with governmental authorities

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience preferably FMCG & Agro and Project Management Skills
• Fluent in English & other relevant languages would be desirable.
•  Knowledge of statistical tools and techniques. 
•  Knowledge of other relevant systems & processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations ). 
•  Master on knowledge of milk, production and logistics systems and processes
