General Purpose
Responsible for driving channel growth, market share expansion, and profitability by planning and executing commercial strategies across multiple brands and categories. The role leads the development and implementation of competitive channel strategies, ensures operational excellence in in‑store execution, and strengthens Beyti’s presence and visibility across MT & NTT channels. This includes setting annual targets, developing consumer promotional calendars, managing portfolio strategies, and leading a high‑performing team to deliver AOP, revenue objectives, and superior customer relationships. The role acts as the key owner of channel performance, financial delivery, and strategic partnership management within the designated channels.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Manage the Modern Trade & Non-Traditional Trade Channels.
- Ensure company growth in Market Share, Volume and Profit through planning and managing the execution of plans across multiple brands and categories in MT & NTT Channels.
- Enhance the MT & NTT channels profitability and strengthening the company’s presence.
- Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.
- Develop and lead the implementation of the MT & NTT Channels competitiveness strategy, strengthening the uniqueness of the channel, tackling the current barriers to further development, and creating the capabilities required to capture opportunities from other competitors.
- Lead the execution of AOP programs, through translating sales and marketing strategies and tactics into action plans and cascading it down to the team for execution.
- Set the annual consumer promotional calendar by SKU.
- Set and distribute the annual MT & NTT targets by area and drive the team to expedite achievement.
- Develop effective portfolio management policies leveraging on the different brands/packages thus growing the customers’ categories
- Supervise the team implementation and progress in the field to maximize achievements vs objectives.
- Develop in coordination with Beyti Sales Team store standards in terms of access points, merchandising, range, modern trade packages, promotions, pricing, and trade equipment.
- Analyze industry trends from sales data and trade insights.
- Evaluate on monthly basis all initiatives implemented in Modern Trade & NTT.
Monitor and improve the financial performance of MT & NTT Channels (Revenue, growth, Market share …) - Wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in FMCG sales, trade marketing, or channel management.
- Strong track record in managing Modern Trade customers and key accounts.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing channel strategies.
- Proven team leadership experience in a commercial environment.
