SC Inventory Management & Productivity Senior Manager

General Purpose
The SC Inventory management & productivity Sr. manager is responsible for driving supply chain productivity, performance management, cost optimization, KPI governance, inventory management performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across production planning, MRP, warehousing, distribution, and fleet operations. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, inventory utilization, cost per unit, and overall supply chain performance through data analysis, systems development, performance tracking, and cross-functional improvement initiatives with Planning, MRP, Production, and Logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Develop and manage supply chain productivity KPIs across warehouses, fleet, and distribution operations.
- Track productivity metrics such as pallets per labor, trips per truck, utilization, and cost per pallet. Track KPIs related to cost, productivity, utilization, and service level.
- Lead productivity review meetings and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead logistics budgeting process and track daily, weekly, and monthly costs vs budget.
- Identify cost saving opportunities across warehousing, transportation, pallets, fuel, and maintenance.
- Develop cost models and productivity benchmarks.
- Develop dashboards and automated performance reports.
- Analyze operational data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare monthly productivity and performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with DRP to align on sales team priorities and special requirements
- Responsible for optimization of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory levels.
- Lead inventory management performance with Production Planning, MRP, and Logistics teams to improve inventory management performance.
- Support S&OP process from logistics productivity and capacity perspective.
- Ensure alignment between production plans, material availability, and warehouse capacity.

• 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
