General Purpose

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Coach sales team to work and achieve company objectives and build sales team career development plan and develop sales capability.
• Develop and follow up on daily bases on customer profiles.
• Execute strategic direction set for Retail channel through strong customer understanding and developing excellent relationships.
• Lead the sales team to achieve the set KPIs through follow up and monitoring visibility strategy.
• Monitor competition activities and communicate internally with branch manager to maximize the shelf space of the company against competitors.
• Set team targets and monitor the achievement of KPI's vs set targets.
• Solve any problem for relevant sales team in order to achieve sales results.
• Work weekly reports include analysis of sales, compared with the goal to identify existing problems and propose a solution, as well as information that has been collected from market.

Experience

• Bachelor of Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in sales function.

Ability to communicate effectively across all levels internally as well as externally.
Problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
