Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:
Sales Tech Strategy & Roadmap

Develop and execute a sales technology strategy aligned with sales goals and revenue targets.

Evaluate emerging tools and platforms to enhance the sales stack.
CRM Ownership & Optimization
-
Own the strategy, configuration, and optimization of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Ensure data integrity, user adoption, and alignment with sales processes.
Sales Enablement & Productivity Tools
-
Implement and manage tools for prospecting, engagement, pipeline management, and sales training “e.g Fleet tablets integration”.
-
Drive user training and onboarding for new technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and IT to identify technology needs and gaps.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Analytics & Insights
-
Enable real-time sales performance reporting and dashboards.

Leverage data to provide actionable insights and improve forecasting accuracy.
Vendor & Budget Management
-
Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee renewals.

Monitor budgets, licensing, and ROI of sales tech investments.
Change Management & Adoption
-
Lead change management initiatives related to new tools or process shifts.

Champion best practices and continuous improvement in tech usage.
Governance & Compliance
-
Establish governance frameworks for sales data, access control, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).

Implement standards for tool usage and user access.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead a team of admins, analysts, or technologists supporting sales systems.

Mentor and develop talent within the team
Required Qualifications & Abilities:

Education: Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
-
Prior Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years in FMCGs, Minimum of 7 years in Sales Technology field.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English Language (spoken and written).
