Supply & Demand Planning Lead

•Accountable for daily production planning following the weekly production plan sing-off

•Develops and ensures compliance to stock cover policy for finished goods(min/max stock level per SKU)

•Drives initiatives leading to better service/cost (such as event management, working capital and product availability).

•Ensures a feasible MPS (master production schedule) is generated for 52-weeks rolling horizon

•Ensures all constraints are captured and being respected by the MPS (machine capacities, storage capacities at plant/DC's, milk supply and planned maintenance activities)

•Ensures full alignment with factory team on new capacities, new constraints & planned shutdowns

•Ensures full alignment with sales/marketing on projected out of stock & providing working solutions to avoid/mitigate associated risk

•Responsible for finished goods production planning (>60 SKU’s)

Practical experience in SAP is a plus.

Solid team management skills.

Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong command of both written and spoken English.

Well-organized, logical & mature thinking, attention to details, dedicated, energetic, independent, and proactive.
