General Purpose

Ensure quality of Trade Marketing activities execution, assist in leveraging Sales performance by providing high quality  Trade Initiatives targeting for various Trade channels and maintaining synergy with Marketing function.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Collect market data & competitive information from DCs for competitive report.
• Follow up on the execution and logistics of MT & KA activities to insure product availability, proper utilization of communication-merchandising tools, and solving all relevant logistical problems.
• Insuring the quality of Trade logistics, analyzing quality programs execution through health check field tracking reports and instructing frontline staff.
• Supervise procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities.
• Supervise the delivery and utilization of POSM & merchandising tools in each trade channel.
• Support execution trade promotional plan in designated channels with crucial customers.
• Support strategies in developing and supporting trade business.

Experience

2 years of sales field experience in FMCG.

Skills/Qualifications

Customer Focus (Service to sales concept).
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and negotiate effectively across all levels and all functions of the organization.
High Project management skills.
Marketing background brief experience required.
Reporting-analytical skills
